I forgot my password. What should I do?
Please contact the customer center at 1644-8409 or cs@focushns.com. Before contacting the customer center, please contact us after checking the MAC address (eg 90:da:6a:09:d5:92) and year/month/day information of the recorder in the sticker label on the top of the recorder body.
If you provide the recorder MAC address and year/month/day information, we will guide you through the password (limited to one day). After logging in with the provided password, change the password and use it.
When I was watching a CCTV video on the UVMS program or mobile phone application (MV3000), but it suddenly does not appear.
This is the content to check assuming that there is no replacement of modem and router. (If the video does not appear on the mobile app after replacing the modem and router, please refer to the inquiry below.)
First, we need to check if the network connection is smooth.
Press the right mouse button on the recorder, enter the menu -> Network -> After entering the Network menu, select the network type as DHCP and click Search IP.
If the network is connected smoothly, the percentage bar at the bottom will be 100%.
If the network connection is not properly established, the message “Network setting failed” is displayed.

On the bottom of the recorder, in red. There's the REC" comes out.
The meaning of the REC icon is to indicate that emergency recording is in progress. To release the emergency recording, move the mouse to the bottom of the screen and click the REC button in the created bar menu to release the emergency recording, and the REC phrase will be deleted.
I want to know if it is compatible with third-party cameras
In case of DVR, the signal method of CAMERA / DVR must match for compatibility.
(Examples of signal type: EX-SDI, HD-SDI, AHD, TVI, etc.) There may be special circumstances in case of non-company equipment.
You can check how to check the signal type of the recorder you are using by going to ‘Resource Room’ -> ‘Brochure’ on the homepage and checking the contents of ‘Video Format’.
Most of the NVR ONVIF-supported cameras are compatible, but like DVRs, if they are not our equipment, there may be special circumstances. Therefore, we recommend using our own model.
