Focus HNS participates in Future Education Expo… “Introducing AI Deep Learning Safety Solutions”

Focus HNS announced that it will participate in the ‘15th Eduplus Week Future Education Expo’ held at COEX in Seoul from the 8th to the 10th.

This exhibition is an international certification exhibition hosted by Eduplus Week, the Korean Association of Secondary School Principals, and sponsored by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and the Seoul Metropolitan Government. This year, approximately 200 related organizations from 15 countries will participate to introduce future educational environments that incorporate intelligent technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), edutech, and smart classrooms.

Focus HNS is introducing an AI-based suicide detection and prevention solution. This is an AI deep learning safety solution that focuses on crisis response such as accident prevention and safety management. AI cameras installed in dangerous areas such as schools, houses, and hospital rooftops detect dangerous behavior or patterns through real-time monitoring and send warnings to the control monitor.

The company plans to promote the competitiveness of its AI behavioral analysis solution and expand its application areas at this exhibition. Based on its history of supplying solutions to nursing homes, daycare centers, etc., the strategy is to expand to high-risk areas such as middle and high schools in Seoul, large hospitals, and Han River bridges.

Kim Dae-jung, CEO of Focus HNS, said, “Our country has the highest suicide rate among OECD countries, and suicide is a serious social problem as it is the number one cause of death among the 1030 generation.” He added, “We will expand AI-based safety solutions and work to solve social problems.”
