Focus HNS announced on the 10th that it is supplying artificial intelligence (AI) closed-circuit television (CCTV) to a major domestic elevator company. The elevator company it is supplying is a large company with approximately 40% of the domestic market share.

CCTVs supplied by Focus HNS are equipped with the Internet of Things (IoT), AI, cloud, and big data. The AI ​​function constantly monitors passengers to detect abnormal long-term stays or abnormal sounds such as screams, and provides a video monitoring function linked to an emergency button. If the AI ​​determines that there is an emergency situation, the location and video are immediately transmitted to the elevator customer center.

The company said, “As soon as an emergency situation is detected, on-site monitoring through video reception is possible, which allows us to secure the golden time,” and “We plan to expand the elevator monitoring system to large-scale systems such as apartments in addition to general single-family buildings.”

He continued, “Our CCTV is a product optimized exclusively for domestic elevators,” and emphasized, “We will expand our market share based on our outstanding product technology that applies AI functions and thorough security.”

Focus HNS is a company specializing in AI-based physical security and control solutions. Video storage devices and CCTVs account for the majority of sales, and are sold through security guard companies, government security infrastructure projects, and physical security distributors.
